RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns

At WedLooms, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition.

You may request a return only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during delivery.
You received an incorrect item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product delivered does not match the order placed.

To raise a return request:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share your Order ID
Provide clear images/videos of the product and packaging

Returned products must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Have original tags attached
Be returned in original packaging
Be in resaleable condition

WedLooms reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products returned without original tags or packaging
Customized, altered, or specially tailored products
Gift cards (if applicable)

Please note: Minor variation in colour, texture, weave, or appearance due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, or natural fabric characteristics shall not be considered defects.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds may be processed through:

Store Credit, or
Original payment method (subject to payment gateway timelines)

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after successful verification.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from WedLooms.

Sale Items

Products purchased under promotional pricing, discount campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers are generally not eligible for refund unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
