Orders are shipped throughout the week, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

If courier service is unavailable in your location, we may arrange delivery through Government Registered Parcel or an alternative shipping partner.

Shipping Charges

All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.

Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order value, package weight, delivery location, and applicable shipping method.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, or as per the delivery date selected at the time of placing the order (whichever is later).

Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you believe your package has been received in damaged condition, or if the outer packaging appears tampered with before acceptance, please refuse delivery and return the package to the delivery personnel.
